Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Kru (Ngemplak) – Penanggung Jawab Operasional to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level operational role is based in the Ngemplak area and offers a hands‑on experience in managing day‑to‑day store activities, supporting logistics, and ensuring smooth customer service flow. The position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to develop a solid foundation in retail operations and team leadership.
Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The role may require occasional night‑time returns to the store for inventory reconciliation or special events, and candidates must be able to commit to these occasional extended hours.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of operational duties that keep the store running efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts, receiving deliveries, and updating the store management system.
- Assist in merchandising displays, ensuring products are presented attractively and according to promotional guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.
- Support senior management in preparing weekly operational reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
- Be prepared to work late evenings or night shifts when special events, inventory audits, or unexpected operational needs arise.
Requirements

- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Marital status: Single / not married.
- Physical fitness: Good physical and mental health, capable of lifting moderate weights and standing for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor: Clean, tidy appearance and a respectful attitude toward customers and colleagues.
- Core qualities: Honesty, responsibility, agility, and quick decision‑making.
- Availability: Willingness to work occasional night shifts and not currently enrolled in any college program.
- Basic skill set: Familiarity with store management systems, basic math for cash handling, and effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
