Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Driver to join our logistics team covering the Jombang area and its surrounding regions. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a manual transmission vehicle for daily routes, ensuring punctual pickup and drop‑off of employees, clients, and shipments.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes within Jombang and neighboring districts, taking into account traffic patterns, road conditions, and delivery priorities.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues, fuel needs, or safety concerns to the fleet manager.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
- Provide courteous and clear communication with passengers, clients, and internal staff, addressing inquiries and resolving minor concerns on the spot.
- Assist with loading and unloading of light cargo when required, ensuring items are secured and handled with care.
- Uphold company standards for vehicle cleanliness, presenting a professional image at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and the terms of the active SIM A driver’s license.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust schedules in real‑time, accommodating urgent or emergency transportation requests.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a clean record.
- Active SIM A (manual transmission) and a valid SKCK (police clearance).
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, honest, and highly responsible demeanor; no tattoos or body piercings visible while on duty.
- Deep familiarity with Jombang city and surrounding areas, including shortcuts and local traffic patterns.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:30 – 17:00.
- Physical fitness to handle occasional loading tasks and long periods of driving.
