Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit/debit payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and napkins, and report low stock to the supervisor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring all food handling practices meet local standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring timely service and minimal wait times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Well‑groomed appearance with a neat, professional look.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, courteous attitude.
- Reliability and responsibility; punctuality is essential.
- No involvement in illegal activities such as gambling (Judol) or loan sharking (Pinjol).
- Basic barista skills or a willingness to learn quickly under guidance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
