Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Officer – Client Relationship Management to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in nurturing long‑term partnerships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and proactive service. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, representing the company on site, and will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular field visits to client locations to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed account reports, performance metrics, and action plans to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, renewal dates, and compliance requirements, proactively addressing any gaps.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, including documentation collection, system setup, and training on product/service usage.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements for client engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and negotiation of terms to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 32 years (no upper age limit specified).
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Experience: Entry‑level to 2 years of experience in client‑facing roles, preferably in field service or account management.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, problem‑solving mindset, basic proficiency with 3D Max (advantageous), and good organizational skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, self‑motivated, enjoys working outdoors, and possesses a valid motorcycle license with a personal motorbike.
  • Required Documents (to bring on interview day):
    • Writing tools (pen, notebook)
    • Photocopy of KTP (Identity Card)
    • Updated Curriculum Vitae / Resume
    • Photocopy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
    • Photocopy of latest diploma or graduation certificate (Ijazah/SKL)
