Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Banjar, Jawa Barat. This full‑time position plays a critical role in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the credit approval process. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the sales‑handing‑center (SHC), and our internal credit assessment teams, helping to deliver fast, reliable financing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge incoming orders from various Business Channeling sources, including online portals and partner networks.
- Verify and complete all required consumer and financing object data, ensuring compliance with internal data‑quality standards.
- Accurately input order information into the company’s proprietary system and web‑based platforms.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) or consumer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to applicants in a clear, courteous manner, providing next‑step guidance.
- Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification of collateral.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Handing Center (SHC) to track the status of ongoing consumer orders and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions, ensuring traceability for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of order volumes, conversion rates, and credit processing timelines.
- Support the continuous improvement of order processing workflows by suggesting enhancements based on frontline observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, credit processing, or related financial services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new enterprise systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex information simply.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current organizational policy.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
