Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the monthly sales quota for assigned retail stores by actively promoting Polytron’s range of televisions, audio systems, and home appliances.
- Execute promotional campaigns designed by the corporate marketing team, ensuring proper placement of point‑of‑sale materials and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of product specifications, technical features, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Ensure that product displays, shelving, and demo units comply with Polytron’s visual merchandising SOPs, including cleanliness, arrangement, and signage.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers, sales staff, and end‑customers, acting as the primary liaison between the retailer and Polytron.
- Collect and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and stock status updates using the company’s reporting system.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on new product launches, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating replenishment orders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales promoter, retail sales associate, or similar role within the electronics or consumer‑goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Professional appearance and a tidy personal presentation that reflects Polytron’s brand standards.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets consistently.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and inventory management.
- Team‑player mindset, capable of collaborating with store staff and internal colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, reporting tools) and willingness to learn company‑specific software.
