Introduction
We are seeking a reliable Petugas Keamanan Pasuruan to join our dedicated security team. The position is based in Pasuruan and offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. As a front‑line guardian of safety, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and orderly environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods at all designated access points.
- Conduct regular patrols—both foot and vehicle‑based—throughout the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and any suspicious activity.
- Enforce company policies, security SOPs, and local regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
- Provide courteous assistance and accurate information to guests, employees, and contractors.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established emergency‑response protocols.
- Document all incidents, daily activities, and patrol logs in clear, concise reports using the company’s reporting system.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when situations require external assistance.
- Maintain and operate security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control panels, and communication radios.
- Perform routine checks of fire extinguishers, alarm systems, and other safety devices to ensure they are functional.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest security techniques and technology.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 45 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional security or related experience.
- Core Skills:
- Report writing – ability to produce clear, factual incident reports.
- Patrol techniques – familiarity with systematic patrol routes and observation skills.
- Understanding of SOPs – knowledge of standard operating procedures for security and emergency response.
- Technology utilization – comfortable using CCTV, access control software, and mobile communication devices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication – able to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Disciplined and punctual – reliable attendance and adherence to schedules.
