Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This full‑time position is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented individual who is passionate about storytelling, visual design, and the ever‑evolving world of digital media. As a key member of our brand‑building engine, you will help shape the voice of our products and services across multiple platforms, driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversion for a diverse audience. The role is based in our modern office and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal trends.
  • Create high‑quality visual assets using Canva and other design tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, stories, reels, and ads that resonates with target demographics and encourages interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with product, customer service, and sales teams to gather insights, product details, and customer feedback for authentic content creation.
  • Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner, fostering a positive brand reputation.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates) and generate weekly reports that inform future strategy.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices, recommending innovative approaches to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in paid social media advertising setup, targeting, and basic optimization to amplify organic reach.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly labeled and easily accessible for the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 years or younger.
  • Gender: Female (preference based on client specifications).
  • Zero to two years of experience in social media management or content creation (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar graphic design tools) with a solid eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their unique content requirements.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to craft clear, persuasive copy.
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and take constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized, with strong time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for content planning, trend spotting, and continuous learning in the digital marketing space.
