Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods to engage directly with women entrepreneurs and provide hands‑on business coaching.
- Conduct financial‑literacy workshops that cover budgeting, simple accounting, disciplined saving, and loan repayment management.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑finance disbursements, ensuring that each member understands the terms and that funds are used effectively for income‑generating activities.
- Listen attentively to client needs, identify challenges, and propose tailored solutions that improve both personal and business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan schedules, and training attendance using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and internal teams to coordinate outreach events and monitor program impact.
- Report weekly progress to supervisors, highlighting success stories, emerging risks, and suggestions for program enhancement.
- Promote a culture of trust and empowerment, encouraging participants to adopt long‑term financial habits and entrepreneurial mindsets.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; gender is essential due to the program’s focus on women‑centered empowerment.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 graduates are highly welcomed.
- Strong passion for social work, community interaction, and meeting new people.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, adaptable to changing field conditions, and capable of handling multiple client cases simultaneously.
