Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market research to identify potential customers and understand local demand trends.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and participation in community events.
- Present product features and benefits to prospects, tailoring pitches to address specific customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and submit daily activity reports to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and local advertising initiatives.
- Provide post‑sale support, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance against targets and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates and market developments.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorbike for field visits.
- Willingness to work full‑time as a field marketer (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00).
- Commitment to a 12‑month initial contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market feedback.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
