Responsibilities
- Assist daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to guarantee that each outlet meets brand standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and inventory replenishment.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment, facilities, and hygiene compliance, reporting any issues to the manager promptly.
- Support the execution of promotional events, seasonal menus, and special campaigns by preparing necessary materials and assisting staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, waste, and stock levels using the company’s POS and inventory management systems.
- Provide frontline customer assistance when needed, addressing inquiries and resolving minor concerns with a courteous attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Travel to various Cibiuk Resto outlets across Jakarta and surrounding cities, adapting quickly to different team dynamics and layouts.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and enhanced guest experiences during team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible for fresh graduates).
- Open to all genders; diversity is valued.
- Strong interest in the F&B sector and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, stay disciplined, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to be stationed at any Cibiuk Resto outlet within JABODETABEK.
- Technical support aptitude – comfortable using POS, inventory software, and basic troubleshooting.
