Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff shifts, training sessions, and meetings, ensuring optimal coverage from Monday to Saturday.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist the finance department with monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain inventory logs for office supplies and assist the kitchen team with basic stock control when needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, vendors, and external partners, handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators such as sales, labor costs, and customer feedback for senior management review.
- Support human resources activities, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee files, and coordinating payroll documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, conducting periodic audits of administrative procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and facilitating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, special occasions, and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Professional demeanor: polite, friendly, well‑presented, honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including kitchen staff, service crew, and management.
- Basic computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with POS or inventory software.
- Residency in Surabaya or surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
