Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our front‑line service team as Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, representing the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product or service information in a clear and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, chat messages, and social media interactions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist customers with transactions, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and data‑privacy regulations.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and upsell when appropriate to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to resolve complex issues.
  • Observe and enforce business ethics, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
  • Participate in shift handovers, ensuring all pending matters are clearly communicated to the next team.
  • Contribute ideas for service enhancements during regular team meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: Open to all educational levels (SMA/SMK, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree).
  • Age: Maximum 30 years old.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; however, any background in retail, hospitality, or call‑center environments is a plus.
  • Work Schedule: Fixed shift system, typically 08:00 – 17:00 with a rotating weekly day off (one week off per month).
  • Personal mobile phone with reliable connectivity for handling customer communications.
  • Key Skills: Business etiquette, adherence to procedures, strong customer‑needs focus, commitment to customer satisfaction, data confidentiality, basic sales analysis, and store security awareness.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, problem‑solving, patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
