Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with third‑party dealers and customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell a portfolio of multi‑product solutions, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to evaluate the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing messages with market demand and product capabilities.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management review.
- Participate in regional trade shows, dealer meetings, and community events to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, recommending strategic adjustments to stay ahead.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate product benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, preferably within a multi‑product or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrable ability to close deals.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle and a Class C driving license (SIM C) for field visits.
- Proficient in basic office software (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
