Introduction
We are seeking a passionate Guru Les Privat to join our dedicated tutoring team in Rembang. This role is ideal for enthusiastic women who are either completing their final semester of university or have recently earned a bachelor’s degree, especially in education. As a private tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic growth of children and teenagers across various grade levels, from kindergarten to senior high school.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for TK, SD, SMP, and SMA subjects.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring inclusive and engaging instruction.
- Prepare educational materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to the agreed teaching schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Uphold a professional and tidy appearance, representing the company’s values of respect and reliability.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve instructional techniques.
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and develop community learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: active university student (final semester preferred) or graduate with a S1 degree; education majors are strongly preferred.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, making this an entry‑level opportunity).
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach a broad range of subjects across kindergarten to senior high school levels.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Well‑groomed, neat, and courteous appearance.
- Flexibility to work according to the set schedule and willingness to travel within the assigned region; local residence is a plus.
- Basic competency in developing teaching skills (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar).
