Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Perawatan Fasilitas to join our facilities team. This position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all company premises, including offices, restrooms, public areas, and specialized facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of floors, desks, windows, restrooms, and high‑traffic zones using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Operate and maintain cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and polishing tools, ensuring they are stored safely after each use.
- Monitor inventory levels of detergents, disinfectants, paper products, and other consumables; reorder supplies proactively to avoid shortages.
- Identify and report any facility defects, plumbing leaks, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly, facilitating swift corrective action.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to waste segregation guidelines.
- Support special cleaning projects such as deep‑cleaning after events, seasonal floor polishing, and periodic sanitation of high‑touch surfaces.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities that minimize disruption to business operations, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and submit daily reports that detail completed tasks, any incidents, and material usage.
- Demonstrate professional conduct at all times, representing the organization positively to visitors and staff.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 19 and 29 years; maximum age limit of 27 years for this posting.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SMP acceptable for certain entry‑level tasks).
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of standing, bending, and lifting moderate loads throughout an 8‑hour shift.
- Honest, diligent, and responsible attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including potential overtime, to meet operational demands.
- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
