Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to established standards, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and timing.
- Monitor tables throughout the service period, promptly addressing additional requests such as refills, extra utensils, or special accommodations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and managing waste disposal.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operation and a seamless guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Assist in inventory checks for napkins, condiments, and glassware, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefings, offering feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (must be unmarried).
- Age: 18 – 24 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Polished, attractive appearance with a clean and neat uniform.
- Demonstrated honesty, courtesy, discipline, and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is a plus.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
