Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain a spotless work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and floors according to strict hygiene standards.
  • Operate and sanitize kitchen tools such as mixers, slicers, and ovens, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Receive, store, and organize deliveries of fresh produce, meat, dairy, and dry goods while rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Support plating and garnishing of dishes during peak service periods to expedite order delivery.
  • Monitor and restock kitchen supplies, including disposables, cleaning agents, and cooking utensils.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation SOPs, including proper hand‑washing, glove usage, and temperature controls.
  • Assist in waste management by separating recyclables, compost, and landfill waste according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with team members to handle high‑volume service periods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Participate in routine kitchen inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.

  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
