Responsibilities
- Accept and process customer payments, refunds, and cash transactions with accuracy.
- Perform cash verification and daily cash reconciliation to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain and update daily cash flow records, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with customers, answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate treatment therapies based on their complaints and preferences.
- Achieve designated sales targets for products, membership plans, and promotional packages.
- Adapt quickly to new procedures, promotional campaigns, and changes in the service environment.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the cashier and front‑desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Wear the company’s Japanese‑style uniform (non‑hijab) as part of the brand image.
- Commit to a minimum one‑year contract, demonstrating reliability and long‑term dedication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; minimum height of 160 cm.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Honesty, precision, and a keen eye for detail in financial transactions.
- Ability to meet sales quotas and promote additional services or products.
- Proven adaptability to new environments and willingness to learn continuously.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work area.
