Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Waiter & Guest Greeter to join our dynamic hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our patrons, you will set the tone for a memorable dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well‑cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and recommend specials or pairings based on guest preferences.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to portion standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor tables throughout the service, refill beverages, clear used dishes, and anticipate guest needs before they are voiced.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate more complex issues to the floor manager while preserving a calm and professional tone.
  • Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and thank guests sincerely as they depart.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless coordination of orders and timely delivery.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, post‑service debriefs, and periodic training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only, as per the specific operational needs of the venue.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, and a diligent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on courteous and clear guest interaction.
  • High motivation and the ability to work with dedication during busy periods.
  • Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays, and navigate a bustling dining floor.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional holidays as required.
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
