Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high‑quality video and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the sales and property acquisition teams to translate property listings into engaging digital narratives.
- Conduct audience research and social listening to identify trends, hashtags, and topics that resonate with target buyers and investors.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Sprout Social, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to visual guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
- Manage community interaction by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with external influencers or talent agencies to amplify content reach when appropriate.
- Stay current with emerging social media features, platform algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Female candidate, age between 23‑30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4; preferably a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate original concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
- Proven experience (or internship) in the property or real‑estate agency sector is a significant plus.
