Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor, including merchandising displays and promotional signage.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, verifying stock counts, and conducting regular shelf audits.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns by preparing materials and staffing the event area.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts by monitoring for suspicious activity and adhering to store security protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, sales techniques, and health‑safety standards.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by adhering to the scheduled work hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in the F&B sector, though enthusiastic newcomers are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an all‑rounder, handling both sales and operational tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
