Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive street‑level canvassing and flyering in high‑traffic areas to introduce Sozo Skin products and promotional vouchers.
- Identify and engage potential customers, delivering compelling product demonstrations and answering product‑related queries.
- Generate new leads daily, aiming to exceed the predefined sales targets for the region.
- Perform diligent follow‑up with prospects who have shown interest, nurturing relationships until conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory coverage using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide on‑ground feedback about consumer reactions, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Represent Sozo Skin at local events, pop‑up stores, and community gatherings, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
- Adhere to a flexible shift schedule, including weekends, to maximize outreach opportunities.
- Utilize a personal motorbike or scooter to travel efficiently across assigned zones, ensuring timely coverage of all target locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, SPG, or direct‑to‑consumer marketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with an easy‑going and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a target‑driven environment.
- Women only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for mobility.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, from 09:00 – 18:00.
- Key soft skills: persuasive storytelling, active listening, time management, and resilience under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic sales tools, mobile applications, and the ability to quickly learn product knowledge.
