Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols (e.g., proper storage temperatures, cross‑contamination prevention).
- Support chefs and senior cooks during busy service periods by replenishing supplies, plating dishes, and handling special orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and help with daily stock counts.
- Participate in routine kitchen sanitation tasks such as cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Follow shift schedules, including early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with teammates, taking direction from supervisors while also offering suggestions for workflow improvements.
- Handle pressure situations calmly, especially during peak service hours, to maintain consistent food quality.
- Complete basic administrative duties such as logging food usage, updating prep sheets, and assisting with order documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the employer).

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Strong desire to learn, with a willingness to receive on‑the‑job training and develop culinary skills.
