Introduction
We are a fast‑growing food service operation seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as KITCHEN Staff Operasional. This position is ideal for motivated men and women aged 19‑25 who have completed at least a high school education and are ready to contribute to a dynamic, high‑volume kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and storage areas to comply with food‑safety regulations.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages or excesses to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and other staff members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in weekly deep‑cleaning cycles and routine maintenance checks of kitchen machinery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Support special events, catering orders, and menu testing by providing flexible labor as needed.
- Continuously improve personal skills through on‑the‑job training, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 19‑25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Proven ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely.
- Strong work ethic: honesty, discipline, and reliable attendance.
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to handle long standing periods and fast‑paced work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow directions and give constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of food‑safety principles (HACCP, sanitation, allergen awareness).
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
