We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Dosen Program Sarjana Kebidanan to join our academic team in Palembang, Sumatra Selatan. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate courses in midwifery, obstetrics, and related health sciences.
- Prepare comprehensive lecture materials, case studies, and practical lab sessions that reflect current evidence‑based practice.
- Guide and supervise student clinical rotations, internships, and capstone projects, ensuring compliance with national accreditation standards.
- Conduct scholarly research, publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals, and secure external research funding.
- Participate actively in curriculum review committees, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Bachelor of Midwifery program.
- Mentor junior faculty and graduate students, fostering a collaborative and supportive academic environment.
- Engage in community service activities, such as health education campaigns, maternal health outreach, and partnerships with local hospitals and NGOs.
- Uphold the Tri Dharma of Indonesian higher education: teaching, research, and community service.
- Maintain accurate academic records, prepare reports, and attend faculty meetings and departmental seminars.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Magister) in Midwifery from a BAN‑PT accredited university.
- Undergraduate background in D3/D4/S1 Kebidanan (Midwifery) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (S1) and 3.5 (S2).
- Strong alignment of academic qualifications with the field of study.
- Willingness to relocate and reside permanently in Palembang, Sumatra Selatan.
- No current employment as a civil servant or permanent staff at another institution.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Tri Dharma responsibilities.
- Clean legal and professional record – no past criminal, financial, or employment disputes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse student cohorts.
- Proficiency in curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and the use of digital learning platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
