We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Outlet Sales Crew members to join our fast‑growing food & beverage (F&B) network. The successful candidates will work at our flagship locations – Cabang Toga and Grati – in Lumajang city, delivering exceptional service while supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide menu guidance, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product knowledge of current promotions, seasonal items, and specialty dishes.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper merchandising of food and beverage items.
- Monitor store cleanliness, adhere to food safety standards, and ensure all health regulations are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.
- Engage in periodic training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; however, female candidates are given preference to match local market expectations.
- Strong teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Disciplined, punctual, and accountable with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Residence in or near Lumajang city is highly preferred for ease of commute.
- Basic proficiency in store management systems and POS operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
