Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team in Semarang. The role focuses on gathering, verifying, and processing field data for our credit and collections division, supporting strategic decisions across the organization. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, possess a valid motorcycle license, and have a strong sense of local geography. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily field data collection activities, ensuring coverage of all assigned zones within the city of Semarang.
- Visit debtor locations, conduct on‑site interviews, and verify the accuracy of contact information, payment history, and asset details.
- Maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system, updating status notes, photographs, and any legal documentation collected during visits.
- Collaborate with the Credit Risk and Legal teams to assess the viability of collection actions based on field findings.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, field challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Train and mentor junior field agents, sharing best practices for safety, data integrity, and customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including proper handling of personal data and adherence to traffic safety rules while on the road.
- Act as a liaison between the field team and headquarters, communicating any logistical or operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 55 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field collection, debt recovery, or a similar role.
- Possession of a valid and active SIM C (motorcycle license) and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Deep familiarity with the streets and neighborhoods of Semarang, enabling efficient route planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of credit law (Hukum Kredit) and ability to apply it in real‑world collection scenarios.
- Demonstrated adaptability, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
- Prepared documentation such as work experience letters, reference letters, or a “paklaring” to verify past collection experience.
