Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to boost sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, including shelving, signage, and promotional displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate restocking with the warehouse team.
- Support night‑shift duties such as closing the store, reconciling sales reports, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, share sales insights, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Utilize basic cooking skills for in‑store food demonstrations or promotions when applicable.
- Contribute ideas for new product placements, seasonal promotions, and community outreach events.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Minimum 17 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible weekly schedules (Monday–Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 or rotating shifts).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Creative mindset with high initiative; able to propose and execute merchandising ideas.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Friendly, courteous, and consistently smiling demeanor.
- Disciplined, honest, and eager to work hard to meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems (POS, inventory software) is a plus.
- Culinary ability or experience in cooking is considered an added advantage for promotional events.
