Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our café team as Staf Bagian Operasional Kafe. This position is ideal for young adults aged 18‑25 who are currently pursuing education and desire a flexible, part‑time role that complements their studies. As an operational staff member, you will be the face of our café, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on menu items.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following standard recipes.
- Assist in food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches, salads, and pastries, while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitization of tables, chairs, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and inform supervisors of any shortages.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to manage peak‑hour traffic efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support opening and closing procedures, such as setting up stations, counting cash drawers, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Participate in occasional promotional events, product tastings, and staff training sessions.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑25 years old (both male and female applicants are welcome).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Availability: Ability to work part‑time, preferably during school breaks or after classes; schedule includes Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic computer literacy: Comfortable using POS software and basic office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Friendly, patient, and able to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
