Responsibilities
As a member of the Food & Beverage crew, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service quality. Typical duties include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and delivering them promptly.
- Preparing basic beverages, refilling water glasses, and ensuring table settings meet brand standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations in compliance with health regulations.
- Assisting with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow crew members to coordinate service flow.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor complaints with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Participating in daily briefings, training sessions, and safety drills to stay updated on procedures.
- Upholding the brand’s service standards and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
