Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and emerging social media channels.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and optimal ad spend efficiency.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rate (CTR), cost‑per‑click (CPC), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Perform data‑driven analysis and generate actionable insights to refine ad copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and SEO teams to align messaging, maintain brand consistency, and maximize cross‑channel synergy.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform policy changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid media campaigns.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and translate findings into strategic actions.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing ad performance on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various social media networks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
