Introduction
We are a fast‑growing logistics and supply‑chain company operating a state‑of‑the‑art warehouse in Bogor. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Warehouse (Bogor) who can drive efficiency, ensure safety, and lead multiple functional teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet processes while upholding the highest standards of service for our clients.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will supervise four core sub‑teams—Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Fleet. The daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- TL Inbound
- Lead, coach, and monitor the inbound team’s daily activities.
- Organize warehouse occupancy to maximize storage efficiency.
- Resolve receiving issues such as delays, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
- Generate accurate stock receipt reports and communicate discrepancies to stakeholders.
- TL Outbound
- Direct the outbound team in picking, packing, and loading operations.
- Manage replenishment cycles to keep order fulfillment on schedule.
- Address stock‑record inconsistencies and ensure proper dispatch documentation.
- Prepare daily outbound performance and stock movement reports.
- TL Inventory
- Oversee inventory audits, cycle counts, and DCC (Data Capture & Control) reporting.
- Analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop action plans for overstock, stock‑outs, and slow‑moving items.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- TL Fleet
- Monitor driver arrivals, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, and remote unloading processes.
- Coordinate with Inventory Control Hub to resolve any arrival or unloading challenges.
- Produce daily fleet dispatch reports, tracking on‑time performance and temperature compliance.
- Supervise adherence to SOPs for temperature control, loading times, and asset handling (e.g., cooler boxes, baskets).
- Document all incidents, driver feedback, and equipment issues for continuous improvement.
In addition to these functional duties, the Team Leader will foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork across all shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Proven expertise in inventory management, especially for beverage products.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, national holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Readiness to be based full‑time at our Bogor warehouse facility.
