We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Supervisor Cleaning to join our operations in Bogor. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across assigned sites, guaranteeing compliance with company SOPs and client specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for a team of cleaners, balancing workload and optimizing productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness levels, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve technique, safety awareness, and customer service skills.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary to avoid interruptions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance, incidents, and resource utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on site, addressing concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and refine cleaning plans, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and adopting best practices in the cleaning industry.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse cleaning team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Adaptability to changing schedules, client needs, and unforeseen situations.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling tools.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Bogor area.
- Gender: Open to all qualified candidates.
- Availability to start work immediately and commit to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
