Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our retail team as Sales and Customer Service Staff. Responsibilities

  • Process transactions accurately using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on service requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock ordering when needed.
  • Adhere to store policies regarding opening and closing procedures, safety protocols, and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Engage in ongoing product training and attend periodic workshops to stay informed about new arrivals and seasonal promotions.
  • Support special events, sales campaigns, and holiday promotions by working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 17 years or older.
  • Open to both male and female applicants.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on public holidays as store demand dictates.
  • Strong creative thinking and high initiative to suggest improvements in sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Excellent teamwork skills; ability to collaborate smoothly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Friendly, courteous demeanor with a genuine smile; ability to make customers feel valued.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product benefits clearly.
  • Disciplined, honest, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • Basic familiarity with store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
