Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesperson (Professional) to join our dynamic sales force. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 degree, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in competitive markets. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, and may require travel outside the city to meet prospects and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high‑potential leads through market research, cold‑calling, networking events, and digital prospecting tools.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions and address customer pain points.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system, updating activity logs, forecasting revenue, and reporting progress against targets on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and after‑sales support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous service excellence.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to senior management to refine pricing, promotional strategies, and product positioning.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the company, taking ownership of personal performance metrics.
  • Travel to regional hubs and client sites as required, leveraging personal transportation and a valid SIM C license.
  • Deliver post‑sale follow‑up, including training, issue resolution, and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative, high‑energy sales culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) with a strong academic record.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel outside the primary city on a regular basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and persuasive negotiation.
  • Self‑driven, resilient, and innovative mindset—able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative (Medrep) or similar field‑sales role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
