Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports using Microsoft Excel and other finance software (training will be provided).
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budget variance analysis to support management decision‑making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation for invoicing, payments, and audit trails.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for all financial records, guaranteeing easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Support the finance manager in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes by providing requested information promptly.
  • Communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience; however, high motivation and a strong learning attitude are equally valued.
  • Not currently enrolled in college or employed elsewhere.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn additional finance applications during training.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and maintain high accuracy in transaction recording.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and also thrive in a team‑oriented, target‑driven environment.
  • Exceptional concentration and focus, especially when handling repetitive or detail‑heavy tasks.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
