Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew team as Steward Layanan Kabin Penumpang. Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient in‑flight service, including food and beverage delivery, to all passengers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cabin environment before, during, and after each flight.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, seat adjustments, and emergency procedures, demonstrating calm and confidence under pressure.
  • Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and fellow cabin crew members to ensure seamless flight operations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and airline safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in pre‑flight briefings and post‑flight debriefings, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Complete all required training modules, including the airline’s proprietary training school, to stay current with industry best practices.
  • Handle onboard sales transactions, maintain inventory of consumables, and report any discrepancies.
  • Act as an ambassador for the airline’s brand, promoting a positive image through professional appearance and demeanor.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Applicants must be within the age limit set by the airline (typically up to 30 years).
  • Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this specific position.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
  • Core Competencies: Diligent, honest, and disciplined; able to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Skill Set: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn through the airline’s training program.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and meet the airline’s medical fitness standards.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime or weekend flights as operational needs dictate.
