Responsibilities
- Edit and polish video scripts for TikTok and product descriptions for Shopee, guaranteeing clarity, brand consistency, and a compelling call‑to‑action.
- Conduct quick yet thorough research to verify product claims, specifications, and emerging trends, ensuring factual accuracy across all content.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product managers to brainstorm fresh ideas that boost viewer engagement and conversion rates.
- Review and refine content produced by teammates, maintaining the highest editorial standards and providing constructive feedback.
- Implement SEO best practices for Shopee listings, incorporating relevant keywords without sacrificing readability.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., watch time, click‑through rates, sales lift) and suggest data‑driven improvements for future campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar, coordinate deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all assets within the 14:00‑23:00 shift, Tuesday through Sunday.
- Utilize editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects to fine‑tune video pacing, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok algorithm changes, viral challenges, and Shopee marketplace policies to keep our content ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old; gender: female.
- Experience: At least 1 year in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role, preferably within social media or e‑commerce.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and basic audio‑video editing tools.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and good English writing abilities.
- Deep understanding of TikTok content trends, short‑form storytelling, and effective product description strategies for Shopee.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original concepts under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability—able to receive and give constructive feedback.
- Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and visual‑text alignment.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work independently while meeting the schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 14:00‑23:00.
