Responsibilities
- Perform rough cuts and final edits of corporate videos, tutorials, promotional clips, and short‑form social media content.
- Integrate graphics, music, sound effects (SFX), and basic animation to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications (resolution, format, codec) for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal LMS systems.
- Organize project files, assets, and version histories using a consistent naming convention to streamline team workflows.
- Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and marketing managers to align video concepts with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conduct quality checks for colour grading, audio levels, and visual continuity before final approval.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging video trends, tools, and best practices, proposing innovative techniques to keep SPX Express’s visual content fresh.
- Assist in creating motion‑graphics templates and reusable assets that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
- Provide mentorship to junior editors or interns, sharing knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and workflow efficiencies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4) in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on video editing experience in a corporate, agency, or production setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with CapCut is a plus.
- Strong eye for cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to produce motion graphics and basic animations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to file naming and version control.
- Highly responsible, deadline‑driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Sunter, North Jakarta, Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
