Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by actively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Collaborate with team members across two shifts (morning and evening) to ensure seamless handovers and consistent service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Support promotional events, seasonal sales campaigns, and in‑store demonstrations to boost foot traffic.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of sales performance, attendance, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old, unmarried and not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.

- Strong communication skills, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across two daily shifts (08:00‑17:00 and evening shift).
- Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Saturday, with a rotating schedule that includes one day off per week.
- Basic proficiency with a retail management system or willingness to learn quickly.
- Commitment to a minimum employment period of six months under a fixed‑term contract (PKWT).
