Responsibilities
- Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Visit residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office parks to introduce and promote My Republic’s fiber‑optic internet packages.
- Product Influencing: Deliver engaging, easy‑to‑understand presentations that highlight the speed, reliability, and value of our services, turning prospects into enthusiastic subscribers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and surpass daily and monthly sales quotas, leveraging upselling techniques to maximize commission earnings.
- Relationship Building: Establish a “Circle of Trust” with clients by providing post‑sale support, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Record all sales activities, track competitor actions, and report market trends to help the team refine strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, submit daily activity logs, and prepare weekly performance summaries.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices with fellow sales executives and contribute to a supportive, family‑like workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical concepts in layman’s terms.
- Self‑discipline, high energy, and a results‑driven mindset.
