To support our expanding network, we are seeking a reliable Professional Motorbike Courier who can ensure timely, safe, and courteous delivery of perfume orders while handling cash collections with integrity. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellent service and for strengthening our presence in the competitive beauty‑and‑fragrance market.
Responsibilities
- Deliver perfume packages to designated customers using a personal motorbike, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collect cash payments for perfume orders directly from customers, issue receipts, and accurately record transaction details.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using Google Maps or similar navigation tools to meet delivery windows and minimize travel time.
- Maintain a clean and well‑serviced motorbike, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, brakes, and overall mechanical health.
- Communicate proactively with the dispatch team regarding any delivery issues, traffic delays, or customer concerns.
- Update the company’s delivery management system in real‑time with status reports, proof of delivery photos, and payment confirmations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering basic product queries, and representing the brand professionally during each interaction.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies, including health and hygiene standards for handling fragrance products.
- Assist in occasional inventory checks, returning unsold or damaged stock to the warehouse as directed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21‑40 years old, with a maximum limit of 40 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as per company policy.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a courier, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related retail delivery sector.
- Own a reliable motorbike (automatic transmission preferred) that is in good mechanical condition.
- Own a smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage to run navigation and delivery apps.
- Proficient in using Google Maps or other GPS navigation tools for route planning.
- Familiarity with the Bogor area is highly preferred; knowledge of local streets, shortcuts, and traffic patterns will be an advantage.
- Good physical health with no chronic medical conditions that could affect safe riding.
- Strong communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to build trust with customers.
- High level of honesty and reliability, especially when handling cash transactions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, weather conditions, and urgent delivery requests.
