This dual‑role position combines essential office administration duties with safe and punctual driver responsibilities, supporting both our internal operations and customer‑facing activities. The ideal candidate will be honest, disciplined, eager to learn, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing purchase orders for spare‑part inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance logs.
- Assist the sales and service departments by preparing quotations, invoicing customers, and handling basic customer inquiries.
- Operate company‑owned vehicles to deliver spare parts, collect payments, and transport staff or documents between the main showroom, warehouse, and partner workshops.
- Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct pre‑trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate routine servicing with approved garages.
- Support inventory management by conducting periodic stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
- Provide on‑site assistance during promotional events, including setting up display areas and guiding customers through product selections.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to verify incoming shipments of motorcycle spare parts and ensure proper documentation.
- Uphold company standards of confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive financial or personnel information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in both administrative and driving tasks.
- Preferably experience in a motorcycle spare‑part store or familiarity with motorcycle components.
- Resides near the Inti Motor location for easy commute.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy – proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
