Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s suite of products—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑enterprise credit—to prospective customers and business partners.
- Identify, approach, and develop new distribution channels such as local retailers, motorbike dealers, and cooperative societies to broaden market coverage.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform rigorous credit‑worthiness analysis using internal scoring models and market data.
- Prepare and present detailed feasibility reports to senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch.
- Provide timely feedback from the field to product development teams, contributing to the refinement of service offerings.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, trade fairs, and local business forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑handling policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are welcome.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire for field work are encouraged to apply.
- Age: No upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders are eligible.
- Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Technical Requirements: Own a valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for daily travel across Pangkalan Bun and surrounding areas.
- Residency: Must reside in Pangkalan Bun or nearby regions to ensure rapid response to client needs.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
- Consent to the use, verification, and management of personal data in accordance with UU No. 27/2022.
