Responsibilities
- Assemble and arrange fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative installations according to client specifications and seasonal trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after each shift.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to interpret customer requests, offering professional advice on flower selection, color palettes, and arrangement styles.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest floral trends, techniques, and sustainable sourcing practices, applying new ideas to everyday work.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, reporting low‑stock items, and helping with the ordering of fresh supplies.
- Participate in weekly training sessions or workshops to sharpen creative skills and learn new arrangement methods.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients warmly, answering questions courteously, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
- Handle and transport delicate floral arrangements with care to avoid damage during delivery or event setup.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑30 years (both male and female candidates are welcome).
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Personal attributes: Friendly, honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn new techniques.
