Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Kitchen Manager to lead our restaurant’s back‑of‑house operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food prep, cooking, plating, and sanitation.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the front‑of‑house manager to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment.
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize waste.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations as mandated by local authorities.
- Assist in menu development, offering input on cost‑effective ingredient selection and plating presentation.
- Resolve any operational issues quickly, including equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on kitchen performance, food costs, and labor efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Male (preferred, as per company policy).
- Residency: Preference given to candidates residing in Colomadu, Waduk Cengklik, or Kartasura.
- Work schedule: Evening shift from 15:00 to 21:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Strong willingness to work hard and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food safety principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- No extensive prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
