Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Pengontrol Inventaris Penempatan for our Depok facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all goods moving through our warehouse are accurately accounted for, stored correctly, and maintained under optimal temperature conditions. This position is essential for supporting our supply‑chain efficiency and upholding the high standards of product safety that our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Verify the correspondence between delivery documents (surat jalan) and the physical goods received, ensuring that quantities and product codes match exactly.
- Conduct regular temperature checks of freezers and chillers, record readings, and promptly report any deviations from the acceptable range.
- Cross‑check sales orders (SO) with inbound inventory to confirm that the right items are being received for each shipment.
- Document any discrepancies such as over‑receipts, shortfalls, or bad stock, and initiate corrective actions in coordination with the logistics team.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag items that are rejected or need further inspection.
- Organize stored products using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Measure and log freezer/chiller temperatures twice per shift, completing the designated forms for audit trails.
- Prepare disposal documentation for the destruction of expired or damaged stock, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines.
- Participate in shift rotations and be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to maintain 24‑hour warehouse coverage.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and transportation teams to streamline inbound processes and improve overall inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and work in a shift system.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions meticulously, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Physical agility and endurance to handle manual tasks such as lifting, stacking, and moving pallets.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.
