Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Community & Partnership to join our growing team of book‑enthusiasts. This role is the bridge between our internal community, external partners, and the wider literary ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about reading, understands the digital influencer landscape (BookTok, Bookstagram), and can translate trends into actionable partnership strategies that drive both social impact (donations & waqf) and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Community & Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external book communities, manage donation and waqf initiatives, and secure platform endorsements.
- Monitoring, Insight & Reporting: Track emerging book trends and market opportunities, compile concise program reports, and present insights to senior leadership.
- KOL Management: Maintain active communication with existing reseller members and key opinion leaders (KOLs), identify new influencers (BookTok creators, Bookstagrammers), curate collaborations, and oversee contract negotiations.
- Reseller Support: Execute reseller‑maintenance programs to boost loyalty, create compelling content for reseller outreach, and organize on‑site or virtual events that showcase our platform.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Design and run targeted recruitment ads for resellers across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing spend.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor level) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in partnership management, influencer outreach, or community building, preferably within the publishing or e‑commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of book‑related communities, KOL dynamics, and partnership ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; ability to convey value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High creativity and a proactive attitude toward exploring new partnership models and marketing channels.
- Passion for reading and familiarity with current literary trends is a distinct advantage.
