This full‑time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is ideal for motivated young women who are eager to start a career in retail.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable product information, answer queries, and recommend items based on customer needs.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Manage merchandise displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, receive shipments, and verify stock against purchase orders.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area.
- Assist in promotional activities, seasonal sales events, and in‑store marketing initiatives.
- Report any customer complaints or operational issues promptly to the store manager.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and retail skills through on‑the‑job training.
Requirements
- Female, single, aged 18‑25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Core soft skills: honesty, diligence, friendliness, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Ability to work a full schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
- Required documents: photocopy of KTP, family card (KK), latest diploma, a recent 3×4 cm color photo, and a signed cover letter.
- No prior work experience required, though any customer service exposure is a plus.
